OTSATE origins

born out of passion to push boundaries in the way we consume food & to encourage sustainable eating habits:  lemongrass is often tossed aside after the flavour is boiled into soups - but it can be consumed the OTSATE way!

add OTSATE to marinade or steam any meat, spice up stir fries, noodles and even porridge. REALLY GOOD with rice & the oil is amazing to fry eggs with! 

 OTSATE is enjoyed in mini, small, regular size:

• Original (contains fish sauce + some chilli)
• Spicy (contains fish sauce + more chilli)
• Hot (contains fish sauce + MORE chilli)
• Vegan (sans fish sauce, contains garlic & shallots)
• Pure (sans fish sauce, zero garlic, zero shallots)
